Developer Options is a feature in Android phones that provides a set of tools for developers who create and then need to test and debug Android apps. Some Android phones have developer options natively turned on. It is found in the "Settings" of Android devices usually under the "System" heading as "Developer options". But most devices these days have this feature turned off or hidden by default. A normal user would not require this option but for developers, it is easily possible to turn it on.
